CUSTOMERS REFUND POLICIES
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
1. Refunds are applicable only for extra demanded fees charged directly by Global Mails Service.
2. The refund request must be made within 30 minutes from the time of delivery.
NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
1. Fees charged for services rendered, such as expedited processing or special handling, are non-refundable.
2. Refunds will not be provided if the extra demanded fee was authorized and agreed upon by the customer.
REFUND PROCEDURE
1. To initiate a refund request, the customer must contact our customer support team through our designated channels, such as phone or email.
2. The customer support representative will guide the customer through the refund process, including providing necessary documentation and information.
REFUND APPROVAL
1. Refunds will be subject to approval based on the fulfillment of eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.
2. The decision to approve or deny a refund request will be at the sole discretion of Priority Package Delivery.
REFUND PROCESSING
1. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 minutes after the refund request has been verified and approved.
2. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the extra demanded fee.
DEDUCTIONS AND CHARGES
1. Any applicable transaction fees or charges imposed by financial institutions or payment processors will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. In case of refunds for credit card payments, the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect on the customer's credit card statement, as per the policies of the respective financial institution.
COMMUNICATION
1. Priority Package Delivery will notify the customer of the refund decision via email or any other preferred mode of communication provided by the customer.
2. In case of refund denial, the customer will be provided with a detailed explanation of the reasons for the decision.
MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION
1. Priority Package Delivery reserves the right to modify or terminate this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
2. Any modifications to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
